We are now 2 weeks until our due and anxiously awaiting Baby Burchette’s arrival. Scott and I assumed that this weekend would be our last weekend sans baby so we decided to head out to our favorite restaurant, Chez Leon for a date night. Dinner was great (as always… the Chez never disappoints!)It has been a real struggle to fit into my maternity clothes during the last week or so. I have been trying to get all my projects at work wrapped up and finish up this semester of my MBA. Low and behold, my professor assigns us a 10-12 page paper on last Thursday. Very annoyed! I am really contemplating when and how I will be able to get it done. Nonetheless, I will do it…
