Christmas Day at the Davenport Fire Station

Since the Burchettes celebrate on Christmas Eve, the house was quiet on Christmas morning. Santa still knew that Jake was at Grandma Carol’s house, so under the Christmas tree were 2 presents that were just for him. It was great to watch him explore the new toys, but the newness wore off in 30 minutes…

Scott’s brother had to work on Christmas Day and we needed to get out of the house for a little bit. So we packed up and drove down to Davenport to visit Uncle Joe at the Fire Station. Once we arrived, Jake and Uncle Joe went out to explore the Fire Engine. Jake was blew the horn a few times! Boy was it LOUD!!!

Jake also explored the HazMat truck where he found the window to be so much fun. Watch him laugh!
