Our friends, Bird and Lisa, with their daughter, Mya, came down to St. Louis for a visit. It is my last week of maternity leave so it was great to have visitors. This summer has been so mild, but the temperature started to make its way back up.
We went out to the zoo for a day and I expected that the animals would prefer the indoors. But to my surprise, many of them were out so we were able to enjoy.
The next day we went to The Magic House and let Mya run around to enjoy the activities. I think she had a blast (so did Jacob based on the pic below!)
