I know I say this every month, but I can't believe how fast time is flying. Jacob is now 7 months and is keeping us super busy! He has started sitting up on his own and will entertain himself with some toys. Unfortunately, the days of laying him on his playmat while we cook dinner or wash bottles are over. Our little guy is ON THE MOVE! If you turn away for just a second, he will have rolled his way across the room. He hasn't attempted crawling yet, but I think it will be soon.
We celebrated Jacob’s first Thanksgiving with both sides of the family this month. He did great in the car, sleeping most of the time, without any meltdowns! Our little Road Warrior has pleasantly surprised us.
Jake has not been sleeping well for the last few weeks. We think the little guy is teething since he has been waking up several times a night. But no teeth have poked out yet… He also has been suffering through his 3rd ear infection. It could be a combination of both teething and the ear infection that is keeping our little sleep up at night. Even though we are getting sleep, it is a joy to walk into Jacob’s room every morning, look down in his crib, and get a bright smile from our little man.
He is such a blessing and we are so thankful for having him in our lives!
